2012 Performance and Budget Oversight Hearings

Performance oversight and budget oversight hearing season is right around the corner.  The Council's Office of the Budget Director is currently putting together the proposed hearing schedule, and the Council will vote on that schedule at the January 17 Committee of the Whole meeting.

In the meantime, here are some key dates:

• February 1: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) Released
• March 23: Mayor Gray's proposed FY13 budget transmitted to the Council
• May 15: Council vote on Budget Request Act and Budget Support Act
• June 5: Second vote on the Budget Support Act
