Implementation of the "Health Care Facilities Improvement Amendment Act of 2010"
Councilmember David A. Catania, Chair of the Committee on Health, announces a public oversight roundtable on the implementation of the "Health Care Facilities Improvement Amendment Act of 2010." The public oversight roundtable will be Thursday, January 26 ,2012 at 10:00 a.m. in room 500 of the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
The purpose of this roundtable is to hear from the Department of Health and interested stakeholders on implementation of the law, as enacted on March 1, 2010.
This roundtable will be open to the public; however, only invited witnesses will be permitted to provide oral statements. Members of the public may submit written testimony, which will be made part of the official record. Copies of written statements should be submitted to the Committee on Health no later than 5:30 p. m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012.
