The stated purpose of the Bill 19-602 is to amend Title 16 of the DC Code with respec tto real property tax assessment information tha tmay be considered as evidence to estimate just compensation in eminent domain proceedings. The stated purpose of Bill 19-615 is to amend Title 16 of the DC Code to authorize the District of Columbia courts to determine adoption in circumstances where the child was born in the District, and to authorize the court to issue a determination of parentage for a child born in the District of Columbia but whose parents reside elsewhere. The stated purpose of PR19-472 is to declare the Sense of the Council to request federal legislationi to amend the Federal Rule of criminal Procedure 16 to require the disclosure of all faborable information to the defense well in advance of trial.
