Historic Preservation Review Board Confirmations
Public Roundtable on PR19-0474, the "Historic Preservation Review Board Maria T. Casarella-Cunningham Confirmation Resolution of 2011", and PR19-0475, the "Historic Preservation Review Board Nancy L. Pryor Metzger Confirmation Resolution of 2011"
The purpose of the roundtable is to receive public comment on the Mayor’s nomination of: 1) Maria Casarella-Cunningham for reappointment as an architect member of the Historic Preservation Review Board, for a term to end July 21, 2013; and 2) Nancy Pryor Metzger for appointment as a public member of the Historic Preservation Review Board, replacing Tersh Boasberg, for a term to end July 21, 2013.
The Historic Preservation Review Board is an official advisory body that guides the government and public on preservation matters. As the State Review Board, HPRB also assists with the implementation of federal preservation programs and the review of federal projects in the District. The Board is comprised of nine members who serve staggered 3-year terms.
