The purpose of this roundtable is to hear from the Department of Health and interested stakeholders on implementation of the "Health Care Facilities Improvement Amendment Act of 2010", as enacted on March 1, 2010.

This roundtable will be open to the public; however, only invited witnesses will be permitted to provide oral statements. Members of the public may submit written testimony, which will be made part of the official record. Copies of written statements should be submitted to the Committee on Health no later than 5:30 p. m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012.
